• All commercial activities related to ‘‘WebWayOne Ltd’’ will be transferred in to ‘‘CSL Dualcom Ltd’’. This includes all contracts, purchasing, connections, etc.

  • Bank details for customers to make any payments will change to CSL.

  • Any payment invoices for "WebWayOne Ltd" should be paid directly to them.

  • Orders placed after 1st October 2019 will need to have CSL as the supplier - any orders that reference WebWayOne will need to be amended which will lead to a delay in processing.

  • New connections ordered in September 2019 will be billed by WebWorldOne, but October's renewal connections will be billed by CSL.

  • Terms and Conditions for new connections and purchases from 1st October 2019 will change to CSL Group. Purchases before 1st October 2019 will be unaffected.

  • WebWay World will continue to run as normal, though orders completed online will be invoiced directly from CSL.

  • WebWayOne website (www.webwayone.co.uk) will migrate to the CSL Group website (www.csl-group.com).

  • From 1st October 2019, all phone calls will be diverted to CSL's main switchboard.

  • Updated contacts for Head Office, Billing and Support are listed at the bottom of this notice.


    Below is a list of questions and answers that will help explain the changes and provide information about how this affects you:


    Why are the changes necessary?
    CSL is consolidating its businesses within our Group, whilst simplifying and streamlining how our customers interact with us. This is part of our ongoing commitment to our customers, bringing new products, services and online portals, all under the CSL Group brand. Making these changes now ensures you can take advantage of these innovations as they are launched.


    Will the service I receive or the products I use change as part of this?
    No, all existing WebWayOne products, services and support functions will remain the same as they are today. Our aim is these changes should be simple, straight forward and not change the service or your experience of WebWayOne products.


    How does this affect my terms and conditions?
    Devices purchased from “WebWayOne Ltd” will continue to be covered by the terms and conditions they were purchased under. Orders from 1st October 2019 will be subject to CSL’s standard terms and conditions, a copy of which can be downloaded via: https://www.csl-group.com/uk/installer-zone/#terms .


    Will this affect the way I am billed?
    All new order invoices, connections and renewals will be sent from CSL at the same prices charged previously from WebWayOne. If you already receive invoices from CSL, these will now be consolidated to include your WebWayOne and existing CSL product charges.


    I have existing WebWayOne invoices outstanding, who do I pay?
    Outstanding invoices with “WebWayOne Ltd” should be paid using the existing WebWayOne banking details. New invoices from CSL should be paid using the CSL account details listed above.

    During the transition, you can contact your existing account manager or Andy Fyvie (Head of European Customer Development) with any questions or concerns. After the transition, any of the relevant departments will be able to assist you.


    The CSL team are on hand to ensure the change is as smooth as possible and will be in touch shortly before the changeover to ensure you are ready.
